Criticism Kills.

I want to highlight a pattern that has been a recurring theme in sessions lately, and one that I was all too familiar with, myself...which is criticism.

What is the actual impact?

Simply said:

Criticism kills.

It kills connection (with yourself and everyone without exception).

It kills new life.

It kills beauty, radiance, and magnetism.

It kills creativity.

It kills fun, play, and joy.

It kills creative genius where where solutions are generated.

It kills health and vitality.

Your body is not impenetrable or immune to criticism. There is ALWAYS a response that occurs.

Your body responds to criticism with internal defensiveness (anger). Anger in the body then leads to tightening and contraction in the tissues which then leads to ---> Inflammation...which is the breeding ground for pain, illness, compromised immune systems, and disease.

Please know that I am not referring to constructive feedback that helps you grow or fulfill more of your potential (which comes from love).

I am referring to the destructive quality of criticism that is emasculating, and in the form of attack.

When this pattern is present, a strong foundation is not available to build upon. It is shaky. Unsteady. Wobbly...and will require constant repair. Until it is addressed and rewired in your subconscious.

Some may say that it has a purpose and motivates them to be better...

SO DOES LOVE (in a much healthier and inspiring form).

With old cycles/chapters coming to an end, and new chapters beginning...and after reading the affect of it, do you really want to bring the habit of criticism with you?

Can you trust love to inspire you to grow and do better, instead of criticism?
