Are You Willing To Release The Poison Inside?

Toxicity in the body is not just referring to components such as high fructose corn syrup or heavy metals.

Whether there is awareness around this or not, holding a grudge whether against yourself or another can be construed as "poison" inside your body.

There is a physical impact on your anatomy and physiology as well as your mental and emotional wellbeing...therefore your "energy."

Grudges cause blockages in the heart and other parts of the body, disruption in the digestive and nervous system, as well as physical tension in the body...which can compromise blood flow and circulation throughout the entire body. With compromised circulation in the body, there is a setup for pain, injury, and illness.

Disharmony is present in the body affecting one's ability to sleep deeply which is when the body can heal and repair itself. The immune system is then affected and not able to fight off further contagions as effectively because it is already busy trying to work with the poison within.

While the body is amazingly impressive in its ability to naturally heal, repair and detox itself, it also needs the right factors and conditions.

Here is where a choice can be made. To consciously release the poison from inside of you and claim your health/vitality/life force back.

You can choose to be willing to release. That in and of itself is enough. An opening is created with willingness and is a powerful intention...that which the energy will follow and therefore flow.

Forgiveness is cleansing, purification, and the ultimate detox on all levels in the body.

Forgiveness creates space, freedom, peace, harmony, alignment, inspiration for creativity, and room for miracles.

No one can skip the steps that the body needs to go through.

It is an alchemical process that will turn poison into medicine within your body.

Once one is surrendered to the process, forgiveness is and will be an organic actual arrival.

It would be for your benefit on all levels, and therefore everyone around you as there is a big reverberation to choices like these.

I was a champion grudge holder with myself. And trust me, there was an impact on all levels. It has no longer become worth it to me. My health and wellbeing are most important. So I choose to let it go. And when it comes back or another scenario arises I need to choose it again. It is a continuous practice.

I want to encourage you to practice as well.

I know it is much easier said than done so please know that if you need support with this, I am here.
