A Tip For Improving Sleep

I recently remembered to bring a very simple practice back to my nightly routine before going to bed, and my goodness has it made a difference in my quality of sleep.

Consciously releasing the energy of the day through my breath, and into the ground.

We pick up and absorb energy from others throughout the day through various interactions, phone calls, driving, from the work space, or even when entering a store.

We then carry that into our sleep, where are our bodies and subconscious are processing.

 But what happens when you are processing energy that is not yours, or old energy that no longer serves you and is just sitting there?  

Physically speaking: Indigestion, bloating, restlessness, fatigue, discomfort, feeling lost/confused, and/or feelings of anxiety/depression.

Now, I am not saying that the symptoms above are only related to this...but it is an angle/perspective that people are not used to seeing or giving credence to.

So why not try it and see how it feels?

Give yourself an "energetic shower" as part of your "daily/nightly energetic hygiene" and cleanse any energy out of your body that does not belong to you, or that no longer serves you.
